RETURNS

You can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 14 days of the receiving date.

Sent the item/s for return/exchange back to:

Make sure to include your order number and the reason/request for the return. We use this information to find your details and process your request as quickly as possible.

All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, be aware that we will not be able to process your return.

NOTE: Please ensure there is no dirt/make-up or cologne/perfume on returned items, they will not be accepted.

For any returns please keep a copy of your receipt/proof of shipment and tracking number. We highly recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safely.
All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Orders purchased with a DISCOUNT CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you are wishing to exchange your item for another, please include your order number and the size/product you would like in exchange. We are able to hold items for you, so email info@friendsofstore.com.au if you would like to do so. Please note we are only able to hold items for 5 business days.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact us via info@friendsofstore.com.au.
Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, we will not provide a refund, exchange.

Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.
